Multi-Team Support

Define multiple teams within projects, and divide project backlogs to teams. See all analytics based on the team.

  • To create new team go to Project Settings -> Team.
  • Click on save image button it will expand the above panel to Add New Team.
  • Define Team Name, Team Strength, and Description.
  • save image – allow saving New Team.save image
  • Display the existing team list with its Name, members, wherever strength, Description.
  • save image – it allows the setting team as Active/Inactive Stage. If the team is in-Active then it will not display inside Team wherever it is used.
  • save image – By clicking on this it will expand the panel for Dod from where Dod can be added.
  • save image – Allow modifying team detail.
  • save image – Allow deleting team – once a single retrospective did for the team, you can not delete.
  • Assign Team to Story/Task

  • If there any team is available inside project then on story/Task View team allocating option will available.
  •  Click on “No Team”  –  it will pop-up the drop-down list of team, from where the user can select any of team to which he wants to allocate the Story.
  • The team is available inside this drop-down when only it is active.
  • Check Team’s individual backlog from Tracking > Team Planning.
